Quick Asian Stir Fry westward/ Hamburger - Gluten Complimentary & Paleo
Prep Time 10 minutes

- 1 sweet bell pepper thinly sliced
- three cup broccoli broken upward into tiny bite size pieces (think nickle-quarter size)
- 5 cups shredded cabbage either pre-shredded, or napa and savoy cabbage work really well too
SAUCE (easily doubled for those who like stronger flavors and more sauce, could even be thickened with a teaspoon of starch)
- ii tablespoons coconut aminos or gluten gratuitous soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon vinegar I use rice vinegar
- ii teaspoon fresh ginger finely shredded , I use a microplane...best tool Ever
- 3 cloves garlic minced (again..I have used them all, and this inexpensive mincer is THE best!)
- 2 teaspoons toasted sesame oil
Optional Add In's:
- Fish sauce think salt in Vietnamese cuisine..information technology'due south amazing, even if you practise not like fish! , fresh bean sprouts, sliced green onions, sesame seeds, Sriracha hot sauce.
